WMBR will present 15 hours of Native American programming on
Thanksgiving Day, the National Day of Mourning, from 6 AM to 9 PM. The special programs by WMBR DJs will feature a variety of music and talk by Native American artists and activists. This special programming also honors the memory of the late Bob Roffi, the former producer of a weekly program of Native American music called Tonto’s Fury which aired on WMBR for many years. Please tune in between 6 AM and 9 PM, for remembrance and cultural connection.
